Job Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). ● Review, verify, and process employee expense reports and reimbursement requests. ● Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and perform periodic account reconciliations. ● Review financial entries, postings, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

● Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, reimbursements, and other financial transactions. ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analyses of collected payments. ● Maintain organized financial records while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information. ● Utilize ERP systems to process, track, and reconcile employee reimbursements and accounting transactions.

● Assist with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. ● Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting and financial information. ● Support accounting initiatives, audits, and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. ● 1–3 years of relevant accounting, finance, or administrative experience. ● Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. ● Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. ● Strong data entry and numerical skills. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ● Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
