• Credit & Collections who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service. This role is based at our headquarters in Richland, Mississippi, where you’ll play a key part in supporting our valued customers and contributing to our continued success. Our CSR plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to our clients by managing the collection of past-due invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and addressing a variety of service-related requests. This position works cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve account disputes and ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of collections, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation for the assigned portfolio Recommend past-due accounts to the Credit Manager to go to the Attorney and the Collection agency Review client payment(s) and reconcile when required Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit and collections is highly desired Experience with commercial and personal credit reports is needed Experience in a high-volume collection environment is a plus, preferably in heavy machinery with the construction or forestry industries Proficient with computers and software systems (Microsoft Office Suite) Strong understanding of the principles of credit and collections Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills Must be detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters in Richland, MS.
