We are seeking a Bartender to join our restaurant team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, energetic, and passionate about craft cocktails, genuine guest connections, and creating memorable dining experiences. The Bartender works closely with servers, culinary teams, and restaurant leadership to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, hospitality, and operational excellence.

Who We Are We live and breathe heartfelt hospitality, offering polished yet unobtrusive service We prioritize making every guest feel content, comfortable, and genuinely cared for We believe in simplicity—calm, intentional, and never dull We live like locals and strive to be a brilliant neighbor We thoughtfully anticipate guest needs to create an authentic, warm Lyle experience We are empathetic, welcoming, and always open There is truly no place like Lyle Bartender – Essential Functions Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards Guide guests through the beverage menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and seasonal offerings Anticipate guest needs and create personalized, memorable experiences Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar throughout service Accurately process orders and payments while following cash-handling procedures Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking bar supplies as needed Collaborate with servers, culinary teams, and leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, health and safety standards, and company policies Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Hotel experience is not required—a fun, welcoming personality is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus Compensation: $10.
