Application Support - Liability| Thrissur

To manage liability application support through evaluation of application performance, business requirements and operational risks to ensure service continuity. Provide hands-on application support for Liability Banking applications and related systems. Utilize Oracle PL/SQL, MS-SQL, Windows, and Linux platforms for application support, issue diagnosis, and data validation activities.

Coordinate with third-party vendors, application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution and system support. Analyze incident trends and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues. Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge articles, and support documentation.

Generate and publish weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and management updates as required by business stakeholders. Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to support application enhancements and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit observations, security standards, and internal governance policies.

Experience: 7 to 12 years Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
