We are delivering a global Identity & Access Management transformation program, migrating from NetIQ to a modern CDC + Keycloak platform across 50 countries and partner ecosystems.
The project focuses on secure protocol modernization (SAML/WS-Fed to OIDC/OAuth2), controlled phased cutovers, and establishing production-grade monitoring while ensuring near-zero downtime for critical authentication flows. The final objective is the full decommissioning of NetIQ while maintaining or improving current KPIs and meeting all compliance and audit requirements.
β¨ Your tasks: Lead the global IAM migration program from NetIQ to CDC + Keycloak across ~50 countries and partner integrations. Plan and manage phased cutovers, ensuring minimal disruption to critical authentication and authorization flows. Coordinate architecture, security, gateway/WAF, provisioning, and support teams to ensure protocol alignment (SAML/WS-Fed β OIDC/OAuth2).
Oversee certificate and metadata rotations, integration readiness, and technical dependencies across partner systems. Establish production-grade monitoring, operational processes, and runbooks prior to rollout waves. Collaborate with global and regional business owners, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
β¨ What do you need to be successful? Proven experience managing IAM or Identity Federation projects in complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, WS-Fed). Experience leading large-scale, multi-country IT transformation or migration programs. Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams (architecture, security, infrastructure, application teams).
