Role Overview Our Customer Service Advisor works within our UK Customer Experience Team. You will be approachable and organised, with previous experience in a technical customer service environment, where you’ll have developed a flair for establishing rapport with customers.

Working within a vibrant and friendly team, you deal with inbound and outbound calls and emails, creating and maintaining customer records over the phone/email, processing orders and dealing with technical queries supported by our product technical team. Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and written correspondence and deal with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries daily.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their queries, questions and concerns. The ability and be open to learn is very important - ideally you will have previous experience within Technical Customer Service, however training and support is provided Work alongside the Trade Sales Team to support, qualify and process Trade Customer enquiries and applications.

Provide assistance to customers, including explanation of procedures and policies Remain up to date on existing and new products, services and policies. Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained Implement and process our returns and refunds procedure to ensure maximum customer satisfaction General administrative tasks including following up customer quotations and replacement orders Preferred 1yr experience working in a customer service role particularly in a technical support environment.
