Commercial Loan Coordinator Assistant

Processes and prepares loan documentation related to renewals and extensions of commercial loans. Coordinates and communicates with appropriate loan coordinator and loan officers. Provides high quality ‘WOW’ customer service to internal and external customers. Review of loan documentation after closing to ensure timely imaging and accuracy of final loan files.

Assists in ordering title and appraisals. Utilizes core operating system and the Laser Pro documentation system. Work is performed under limited supervision, incumbent applies judgment, and decision-making is based on learned and written procedures/guidelines.
