OR Team Assistant

Summary The OR Team Assistant will perform various patient care activities and related services under the direction of the professional staff. # Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High School Graduate or GED equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer skills preferred. Multi-focal ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stress area Excellent customer service skills # Required Length and Type of Experience One (1) year related experience working in the healthcare field # Required Licensure and Certification BLS certified # Required Physical and Environmental Demands# This job requires the ability to walk 6 to 8 miles in an 8-hour shift.

Able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Also requires individual to be able to work under periods of high stress and in a consistently fast-paced environment. Exposure to communicable disease and/or body fluids.#
