The gig: Answer phones (and yes, sometimes it rings a lot—we're popular like that) Schedule service appointments and help customers feel like VIPs Handle payments without making anyone feel weird about it Call customers to make sure we didn't mess anything up (spoiler: we usually didn't) Manage our loaner car fleet, which is basically being a librarian but for vehicles You might be perfect for this if: You can pronounce "I'll be happy to help you with that" without sounding like a robot You stay calm when things get busy You've never thrown a phone, even when you really wanted to Bonus points if you speak Spanish, but no pressure What's in it for you: We'll train you on everything—no car experience needed Family-owned dealership vibes (less corporate nonsense, more actual humans) A team that doesn't take itself too seriously but still gets stuff done Come hang out with us.
