Requirements
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while leading others through problem solving.
- Proficiency in C#.NET , Python.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Experience in application design, root cause analysis, and development of shared or reusable components.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot (Similar platforms may be considered)
- Experience with Agentic workflows
- Experience with Agents, Skills and Instructions.
- Understanding security engineering principles and their application.
