JewelsHire , a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Greater Kailash, Delhi. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, billing, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations. Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Manage import and export financial transactions and documentation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning. Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management. Work efficiently with financial/accounting software. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage. 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply. Strong knowledge of finance and accounting is mandatory. Sound knowledge of: Accounting Billing GST TDS Financial reporting Statutory compliance Import & Export finance/documentation Proficiency in financial/accounting software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
