What You'll Do

Inspire and develop a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional clinical care and customer service. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered decision making. Create meaningful experiences for residents and families through visible, engaged leadership. Drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Partner with department leaders to achieve quality, financial, and census goals. Build strong relationships within the community and serve as an ambassador for Touchstone's mission and values. Lead with compassion while maintaining high standards of performance and excellence.

Who You Are

You are a servant leader who understands that great outcomes begin with great people. You bring: A current and valid Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License (LNFA) is required. A minimum of three years of successful leadership experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing community. A proven history of regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational success.

Strong financial and business acumen. The ability to develop, coach, and inspire teams toward a common purpose.
