Customer Booking Agent – Newcastle Salary: £23,132 basic + uncapped commission Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Shift pattern: Monday–Sunday, 8am–9pm Working pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off Bank holidays: Included within the working pattern Are you a natural people person who enjoys speaking to customers and working towards achievable targets?

We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Booking Agents to join our growing team in Newcastle, supporting potential customers and booking their free consultation appointments. You'll be speaking to customers who are interested in our products and services, understanding what they're looking for and helping them take the next step.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building rapport, providing a great customer experience and earning uncapped commission along the way. What you'll be doing Managing inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and booking free consultation appointments Building rapport quickly and understanding what customers need Responding to pre-sale customer queries and providing clear information about our products and services Creating and updating customer records accurately within our systems Liaising with internal teams to make sure bookings and contracts are completed smoothly Working towards agreed booking and performance targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service What we're looking for You don't need previous experience in the security industry.

We're looking for people who are confident speaking to customers and genuinely enjoy helping people. You'll ideally have: Previous customer service, sales or contact centre experience A friendly, confident and informative telephone manner Strong communication and listening skills The ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs Good organisation and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office A positive attitude and the motivation to work towards targets What's in it for you?
