About the role

The role of the Elementary Language Assistant will support the learning and development of students who are learning English as an additional language. This role involves working closely with teachers, students, and parents to facilitate an inclusive learning environment that promotes language acquisition and academic achievement.

In collaboration with the EAL team and homeroom teacher, provide one-on-one or small group support tailored to individual EAL students’ needs. Help develop and implement personalized learning plans.
