Practice Operations Assistant Job Description Company: Envita Medical Centers Department: Practice Operations Reports To: Designated Practice Supervisor Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Program Duration: Through December 17, 2026 Position Summary The Practice Operations Assistant position is designed to provide hands-on experience in the daily operations of a medical practice while introducing fundamental concepts of business management, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

The position combines practical workplace responsibilities with structured entrepreneurship coursework and executive mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and operational activities throughout the medical practice.
• Support team members with assigned projects, organizational tasks, research, and general office responsibilities.
• Gain exposure to different departments and learn how they contribute to the overall operation of the practice.
• Follow established workplace procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Participate in structured coursework covering entrepreneurship, business development, leadership, and critical thinking.
• Meet regularly with executive leadership to discuss business concepts and apply lessons to a guided entrepreneurial project.
