We are strengthening our Team in Tokyo and are looking for you for a duration of 3 months as an Private Equity Intern (m/f/d) Responsibilities: Conducting research and analysis on markets, industries, and companies Preparation of marketing materials Supporting the preparation of proposals for Japanese corporates Attendance online and in-person meetings with Japanese corporates, advisors, and other stakeholders Assisting with internal reporting, documentation, and process coordination Scheduling and coordinating meetings with advisors, corporates, and other external stakeholders Providing support with logistics and other administrative tasks as required Maintaining and updating the CRM database Profile: You are completing a technical, scientific, economical or financial degree Availability: 3 – 5 days per week, approximately 3 – 5 hours per day, with the option to work full-time Strong analytical skills Prior experience/internships in private equity or related fields (investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services) Genuine interest in the private equity industry Highly ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and strong teamwork ability Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English Our Offer: Gaining experience in an international business environment The opportunity to implement your ideas in live deals and create concrete business value Entrepreneurial spirit with high-learning hands-on potential
