Field Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – (Part-Time)

DOE: $77,500 - $91,519 Annually

Part-Time: 20 hrs/week

The Field Medicine Advanced Practice Provider will provide compassionate primary care medical services through EVCHC’s mobile unit in accordance with standard medical practice protocols. The provider will serve unhoused/homeless patients in the East San Gabriel Valley and Pomona areas, including outdoor encampments, shelters, and transitional housing. The provider will work closely with the manager overseeing the Field Medicine team and collaborate with the CMO to develop and sustain standard policies and procedures related to Field Medicine. Field or Street Medicine experience preferred.
