Job description
Under general supervision, performs general, routine skilled/technical maintenance activities on City facilities. Maintains the operating condition of buildings, plumbing, electrical and heating systems and performs general repair and maintenance. Scope of Responsibility : Responsible for the quality and accuracy of his/her own work and for providing guidance and work direction to other Maintenance Technician and laborers.
Responsible for the care and safe operation of a variety of equipment with high monetary value. Performs work on all City buildings.
