Program Supervisor

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) team. CLTS is a Medicaid program serving children with developmental, physical, or severe emotional disabilities. This role provides leadership and supervision to Care Coordinators, ensures program quality and compliance, supports staff development, oversees documentation and outcomes, and partners with families, community stakeholders, and funders.

Schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; 2+ years working with children/families; supervisory and CLTS experience preferred; valid driver’s license.
