Physical Therapist, Savannah Lakes, Full Time

Performs evaluation and treatment of patients in discipline specific therapy areas; Maintains professional licensure and registration in good standing with the appropriate South Carolina Licensure Board (Physical Therapy) and accrediting agency; Participates in continuing education fulfilling requirement to maintain licensure and competency.

Works closely with other departments to provide interdisciplinary patient care; Documents all patient interventions accurately and in a timely manner. Provides education and training for other staff members, outside departments and community; Supervises assistants and rehab technicians; Completes CPR certification, Educode, annual health screen according to hospital policy.
