Lead II - Software Engineering- c# Lead

Technical Lead / Team Lead – C# Microservices & Cloud Platform Experience: 10+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Team Lead with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Microservices, and Cloud platforms . In this role, you will be responsible for leading a key program track for a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform focused on large-scale industrial data processing, analytics, and ingestion.

You will work closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery, architecture, and overall solution quality. What You Will Be Doing Lead the end-to-end execution of the program track, including backlog, schedule, and delivery quality. Design and guide microservices architecture, API contracts, and data models for a scalable multi-tenant platform.

Work on high-performance and low-latency distributed systems handling large-scale data processing. Work closely with client engineering teams as the primary technical point of contact for architecture and technical decisions. Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, Sonar. Qube, Dev. Sec. Ops, and security .

Mentor and guide the development team and ensure high standards for scalability, maintainability, and technical excellence . Must-Have Skills Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core / .NET 6+ development Strong experience in Microservices architecture – design and implementation Hands-on experience building distributed and scalable backend systems Good understanding of event-driven architecture – Kafka / MQTT / Pub-Sub Experience designing high-performance, low-latency systems Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases and data modeling Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools, and Dev.

Sec. Ops practices Strong understanding of secure coding and vulnerability management (OWASP) Good-to-Have Skills Experience with AWS / Azure cloud platforms and a hyperscaler-agnostic mindset Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments Experience with time-series databases and telemetry data systems Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platform design Familiarity with ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices Experience Required 10+ years of overall software engineering experience 4–6+ years of experience in Technical Lead / Team Lead roles Proven experience delivering large-scale, production-grade systems What We Are Looking For Someone with a strong ownership and execution-driven mindset Ability to balance architecture thinking with delivery accountability Excellent communication and collaboration skills with client engineering stakeholders Strong focus on quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability
