Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate truck parts and accessories Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including order entry and invoicing Maintain a thorough knowledge of Freightliner products, parts catalogues, and inventory Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical advice Manage inventory levels, restock parts, and ensure the showroom and storage areas are organized Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs Promote parts sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive or truck parts sales preferred Strong knowledge of Freightliner trucks and parts is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, offering opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.
