About the painter position: We’re looking for a talented painter who will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior areas of the property.

This position is also responsible for ensuring apartments are painted and ready for move-in and assisting the maintenance team with service requests. Schedule, monitor, and perform work orders, as needed, such as painting Wall repair and preparation, spackle Ability to identify appropriate materials for each surface to be painted Paint the interiors and exteriors of apartments according to company guidelines Perform property inspections to ensure the grounds are clean as well as to identify any problems Respond to on-call pager when scheduled and perform emergency maintenance to items that need to be repaired Ensure all work area supplies are net, clean, and orderly after painting or when work orders have otherwise been completed Comply with all policies, practices, and applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
