DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN US? IF SO WE’D LOVE TO HAVE YOU! Job Description: University Cancer & Blood Center is seeking a Full-Time Mammographer for the Breast Health Center. The center operates Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends required!

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures according to department protocols and physician orders.
2. Prepare and position patients accurately to obtain optimal mammographic images.
3. Operates mammography equipment and coordinates patient care with other patient services.
4. Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic radiographic equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in performing all breast imaging procedures.
6. Explain procedures to patients.
7. Performs other job-related duties as requested Requirements:
8. Georgia Registry in Radiography
9. Must have a current A.R.R.T registration in Mammography
10. At least one year of mammography experience preferred
