Senior Outsystems Developer/Tech Lead

In this role, you will guide development teams in designing and building scalable, high‑quality low-code solutions using the Out. Systems platform.

You will define architectural best practices, ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, promoting good engineering practices, and enabling teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support development teams throughout the full application lifecycle using Out. Systems Define and validate architectural decisions, ensuring performance, maintainability, and security Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across teams Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business requirements Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and development standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience delivering Out.

Systems projects (for Senior Developer roles) 2+ years of experience in Out. Systems technical leadership (for Tech Lead roles) Out. Systems certifications: Out. Systems Professional Web Developer Out. Systems Architecture Specialist Out. Systems Associate Tech Lead Experience with systems integration and sound knowledge of software engineering principles Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a diverse, inclusive, and international environment Lisbon or Porto
