Hourly PRN Position: PRN employees are required to work a minimum of one (1) shift per 6 weeks. Physical Location: Carroll County Memorial Hospital 309 11th St. Carrollton, KY 41008 The Job You Will Perform: Uphold CCMH’s Core Values of: Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients Measure vital signs on each patient upon presentation. Administer medications as ordered by providers while maintaining the 5 Rights. Document accurately in the patient’s electronic medical record. Reconcile patient medication lists. Contact patients regarding important messages about medications, test results, and other general medical information. Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements. Other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
