Job description
The Roofing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the commercial roofing assets for Benderson Development. This role requires extensive hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage roofing repairs, maintenance, tenant improvements, and capital projects from evaluation through completion.
The Roofing Supervisor leads roof condition assessments, life-cycle analysis, budgeting, scope development, contractor procurement, and project execution, ensuring compliance with manufacture requirements, applicable codes, and company standards.The role primarily supports assets in the Northeast region, with periodic overnight travel to properties nationwide.
