To learn more, visit https://10pearls.com . Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Net. Suite Technical Lead to lead the design and build custom Net.

Suite solutions, own delivery through testing and go-live, and mentor a team of developers and consultants. Ideal for experienced Net. Suite professionals who pair hands-on Suite Script depth with strong finance functional knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Net. Suite solutions aligned with business requirements. Architect and develop scalable solutions using Suite. Script 2.1, SuiteQL, Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce Scripts. Own end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Configure and customize Net. Suite modules, workflows, forms, records, dashboards, and integrations. Drive solution quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to development best practices.

Mentor and guide Net. Suite developers and consultants, fostering technical growth and delivery excellence. Support estimation, solution design, technical documentation, and project planning activities. Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within the Net. Suite ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Net.

Suite with third-party platforms and enterprise applications. Stay current with emerging Net. Suite capabilities, product enhancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on Net. Suite experience across implementation, configuration, customization, and support. Strong expertise in Suite. Script 2.1, SuiteQL, Suite. Talk, REST APIs, and Net. Suite customization frameworks.

Proven experience delivering Net. Suite solutions from design through production deployment. Strong understanding of Net. Suite architecture, customization best practices, and performance optimization. Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in a project delivery environment. Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and provide technical leadership.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
