Job description
Reporting to the Vice President of Origination, the Director of Origination will play a critical leadership role in commercializing Terra. Form’s development pipeline and operating portfolio across utility-scale renewable assets. This individual will own the end-to-end origination and execution of offtake transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and closing Power Purchase Agreements and other commercial arrangements with utilities, municipalities, and corporate partners.
