Assistant Teacher Infants

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development Assist with classroom organization and maintain a clean, safe environment Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff Feed infants and assist with daily care routines Change diapers in accordance with established procedures Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework is a plus) Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check What We Offer Monday–Friday daytime hours — No nights or weekends!
