Content Instructional Assistant

REPORTS TO: Building Principal FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Hourly Non-Exempt COMPENSATION: Based on Classified Pay Model WORK CALENDAR: 183 Day STANDARD HOURS: 6.75 Hours/Day PERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District Responsibilities: Provide instructional assistance as needed. Follow the IEP as written and developed by the teacher of record.

Perform all duties as indicated by the supervising teachers and the administration.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate will be a licensed elementary teacher; at least 48 college credits; an associates degree or willing to take and achieve a passing score on the Para. Pro Assessment prior to beginning work. The preferred candidate will have experience working with elementary aged children. The preferred candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
