Provides administrative support to the department, such as managing calendars, answering phone calls, creating routine and confidential correspondence, drafting reports and presentations, and arranging meetings and conferences. Coordinates activities related to recruitment, including events, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and orientation for candidates.
