Job Details: Commission + draw $125,000+ a year based on your commitment and your dedication. Full time Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their needs and assist them throughout the vehicle purchase process Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles Stay up to date on current inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and financing options Follow up with customers and internet leads in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM Provide a positive experience from the initial contact through the sale and delivery Work with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales goals INDSJBR Qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay plan with bonus opportunities Opportunities for advancement Factory training and ongoing professional development Medical, dental, vision insurance, and more!
