Consumer Loan Operations Senior Processing Speciali

Consumer Loan Operations Senior Processing Specialist responsible for assisting the Director Consumer Loan Processing with the efficient and effective management of the Consumer Loan Operation’s Processing Team. This position assists the Director Consumer Loan Processing with Team Member development, coaching, and counseling as needed, and training to ensure consistent adherence to Service Level Agreement and Centra Service Standards.

This position is responsible for the processing and closing of Consumer Direct and Indirect loan products. They will work closely with our Retail Team Members and Dealer Partners in getting loans closed accurately and in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for the servicing of all Consumer loan products.
