ABOUT THE POSITION Full-time housekeeping/janitorial position available for large apartment complex in Metro Pittsburgh area. Busy property seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working Housekeeper. The Housekeeper duties to include common area and apartment cleaning, maintaining grounds and snow removal.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain a clean and appealing common area Clean (wash floors, walls, etc.) vacated apartments Take out trash and recycling Wipe down and sanitizes common area surfaces Clean, sanitize and stock restrooms Handle leaf and snow removal, as needed Remove debris and snow from walkways and access areas around the building.

Sweep, mop, polish and vacuum floors MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be dependable and flexible Excellent prior attendance record Good communication skills Have open schedule – work nights and weekends Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Pass background and drug tests.
