Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on project needs) Inspect welds for accuracy and quality Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Requirements: 3+ years welding experience (industrial, fabrication, or structural) Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment ability to read technical drawings Strong attention to detail Welding certification preferred Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance available HSA with match 401K with match PTO Paid Holidays Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Company paid Text-Care
