Research Adminstrative Executive

Make a meaningful difference whilst growing in a supportive environment that nurtures your wellbeing and career aspirations Job Description: Key Responsibilities Manage finance-related matters across research projects, including the processing and submission of participant compensation and other project-related claims.

Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements. Ensure all financial submissions are supported by proper documentation and approvals. Assist with the scheduling and coordination of research activities. Assist with research-related events, documents, reports, or presentations as needed.

Requirements

Competency Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities with a meticulous approach to detail. Educational and Professional Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or research support role, with a strong grasp of financial processes and documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data management and tracking activities. A background in book-keeping and/or accounting would be an advantage. Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
