Experienced Painter

Rogall + Co. is hiring an experienced Painter to help protect and beautify homes across California's Central Coast. If you take pride in a clean line and a finish that lasts, you'll fit right in. What you'll do

Prep and paint residential exteriors and interiors to a high standard Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings that stand up to the coast Diagnose surface conditions and prep correctly so the finish lasts Operate ladders, scaffolding, and sprayers safely; keep tools and equipment in good condition Represent Rogall + Co.

professionally in customers' homes Mentor apprentices and help uphold our quality standards Support the Job Lead or Crew Leader with quality checks and final walk-throughs What we're looking for 2+ years of professional painting experience Strong prep, cutting-in, and finish skills Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Professional, reliable, and great with homeowners Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday–Friday Pay: $23–36 per hour, depending on experience and skill
