Position Overview

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Full-Time and Part-Time positions on both day and night shifts . In this role, you will: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents Maintain continuity and quality of care Support residents in achieving their highest possible level of function Pay & Sign-On Incentives Hourly Wage: $32.

67–$39.82 (depending on experience) Sign-On Incentives: $15,000 for Full-Time $7,500 for Part-Time (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract) Shift Differentials: Weekend hours Hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM Additional pay for extra shift pickup Shifts & Scheduling Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Every other weekend and every other holiday required Benefits That Care for You Full benefits are available to FT and PT permanent staff working 20+ hours per week , including: Competitive wages Shift differentials Paid time off & sick leave Health, dental & vision insurance Life & short-term disability insurance Supplemental insurance options Reduced employee meals On-site childcare Discounted rent at Westview Apartments Qualifications Must hold a North Dakota RN License Ready to love where you work?
