You�ll help turn apartments into homes and common areas into gathering places.

What You'll Do

As a key part of our team, you�ll be responsible for keeping the community in tip-top shape, from preparing new apartments to maintaining shared spaces. Your day-to-day includes: Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention Keeping community areas�like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges�sparkling and welcoming Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs) Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies Reporting and helping address minor repair needs You�ll be the heart of our community�helping make it a place people are proud to call home.
