Position summary

The Fabrication Field Foreman leads EZARC's fabrication crews when we install our own steel in the field. This includes stairs, platforms, handrail, ladders, and structural frames on Utah jobsites. It is a hands-on role. The Foreman works alongside the crew while leading the work, the schedule, safety, and quality. When there is no field work, the Foreman works in the fabrication shop as a fitter and welder, and prepares the next field job.

Why this role matters. Most of our erection is done by others. On the jobs we install ourselves, one person needs to own the work from the shop door to the final punch list. That keeps the crew safe, the customer informed, and our Project Managers from chasing field details. It also closes the loop between the field and the shop, because the Foreman sees fabrication problems first.
