Front Desk Receptionist

Description OC Sports & Rehab, a busy physical therapy practice in San Clemente, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay : $21-$25 per hour What You'll Do: Schedule patient appointments Check patients in and out Collect copays Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Obtain treatment authorizations Answer and route phone calls Perform accurate data entry What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a medical office setting (physical therapy or chiropractic experience strongly preferred) Working knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Comfortable working under the direction of the Office Manager Benefits: Health insurance Retirement benefits/accounts Paid time off (Eligible after a 90-day introductory period) To Apply: Please submit your resume for consideration.
