Lead post-upgrade optimization and continuous improvement for S/4HANA Finance modules (FI/CO, PS, TRM, Cash, Open. Text VIM) in our freshly upgraded environment Coordinate complex finance projects with outsourced development teams and internal stakeholders for customizations and integrations Develop comprehensive 3-year finance technology roadmap leveraging new S/4HANA upgrade capabilities Operational Excellence Lead business process reengineering initiatives leveraging S/4HANA finance capabilities Implement month-end close optimization and automation opportunities Design and deploy real-time financial reporting and analytics solutions Provide Level 3 support and escalation resolution for complex finance issues Technical Leadership Serve as subject matter expert for S/4HANA Finance module configurations and customizations.

Lead testing and validation for system updates and finance-related enhancements Design and implement automated controls and audit trails for financial processes ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field 8+ years total SAP Finance experience with minimum 3+ years hands-on S/4HANA FICO CRITICAL: Proven experience with S/4HANA post-upgrade optimization and finance transformation in newly upgraded environments Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA Finance certification CPA, or equivalent finance certification Experience with SAP BPC or SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and consolidation Knowledge of RPA tools for finance process automation
