Case Manager II
Job description
Summary
Catholic Charities of Acadiana is seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Case Manager II to provide comprehensive support to individuals experiencing moderate levels of crisis, homelessness, or instability. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with case management experience who is ready to take on more complex service needs and help clients build greater stability and resilience.
