Monitor project progress and budgets, proactively identifying risks and challenges to resolve issues and develop effective solutions. Support project closeout processes, ensuring documentation and final deliverables are completed efficiently and thoroughly. Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
One to three years of construction-related experience required; internships, co-ops, or academic project experience are highly valued. Solid understanding of construction principles and basic project management practices. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay organized and maintain clear documentation to support project cost, schedule, and quality goals.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, or Bluebeam is a plus.
