002-111 Commercial Cleaner The Mart $14.50 (GA, Atlanta)

Primary Purpose:

To provide the employees to perform assigned tasks both full-time and temporarily to meet the requirements of the contract.

Duties:

• Clear all trash cans.

• Clear all floors of debris, dust mop, mop, sweep, Swiffer, and/or vacuum appropriate floors.

• Clean and dust Westin registration desk, and Westin Entrance. (twice a week)

• Clean and clear main passenger elevators (including vacuuming and wiping inside and outside doors and walls of dust, fingerprints, etc.

• Check Y-bridge and bridge to Building 2 for debris and dust. Also, wipe ledges when necessary.

• Clear all stairs of debris (half-moon, etc.), clean accordingly.

• Clean Lobby, Post Office and Property Management restrooms. (full detail)

• Check and clear doorways, wipe glass clean. (revolving door and @ Starbucks)

• Keep magazine, catalog/booklet shelves, dusted and clean. Check Travel area for dust and clean when necessary.

• Keep display glass dusted and fingerprint clear.

• Keep trash cans wiped down.

• Report all carpet or marble spills to Building Manager.

• Keep railings clean and sanitized, as well as elevator button areas.

• Check escalators 11th floor down to lobby for dust or debris?Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

• If any trash cans become smelly, please report to Building Manager for cleaning and/or replacing.

• High dusting. (twice weekly)

• Check outside @Starbucks for trash.

• Check handicap lifts and ramps for trash, dust and debris

• Check behind emergency doors for dust and debris and fire hose and extinguisher cabinets.

• Clean glass doors at corridors, coat check and HD Homes.

• Clean and dust window ledges at HD Homes.

• Spot mop/clean floor decals.

• Clean Janitor Closet daily.

• Monitor hotel Indigo tunnel daily. (Market only)

• Monitor the ledges, window sills and planters outside of Portman Entrance door.

• Clean dock offices. (Service Center, Shipping & Receiving and Property Management and Security

Requirements:

• Background Check

• Drug Testing

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds during the entire shift

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours

• Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shit

• Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling, and squatting during the entire shift

• Must be detailed oriented

• Must have reliable transportation arrangements

• Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting

• Must be willing to wear all required PPE

• Must adhere to all safety protocols
