Senior Equipment Engineer

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing and packaging equipment, automation systems, and processes supporting the production of novel drug delivery systems, controlled-release products, and aseptic pharmaceuticals. The Senior Equipment Engineer leads cross-functional initiatives to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery through engineering standards, process improvements, and strategic equipment investments.

This role also partners with Research & Development to identify, develop, and scale manufacturing technologies from registration batches through commercial production. While not a people manager, the Senior Equipment Engineer provides technical leadership and coordinates engineering efforts to achieve operational goals.
