Litigation Associate

Job Details: Job Location: Jericho, NY Office

• Jericho, NY, Salary Range: $150000.00 - $180000.00Salary, Litigation Associate (3-7 Years Experience) We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our Long Island office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and experience handling matters in both New York State and Federal Courts. This associate will work closely with an experienced partner on a variety of litigation matters and should be comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. The position is primarily onsite, with four days per week in the office and remote work on Fridays.

Compensation

Compensation starts at $150,000+ and is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and billable hour expectations. Additional performance-based compensation opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, required. 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience. Active admission to the New York Bar, required. Experience handling litigation matters in New York State and Federal Courts. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.

Ability to manage multiple matters and meet competing deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment. Demonstrated alignment with Rimon's values of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
