As Billing Supervisor is responsible you for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely billing of electricity services across a range of bespoke contracts. This role involves supervising a team of billing specialists, collaborating closely with various departments to understand contract provisions, and ensuring that billing inputs are compliant and accurate.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities are: To play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and meticulous attention to detail in billing processes.

Contracts Understanding Review and Monitoring Customer Relationships Reports Management To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who: Understanding of power industry (generation, distribution, sales) Mastery of the use of spreadsheet software and other computer software and their application. Ability to understand contract provisions and translate these into accurate financial terms and obligations of customers for billing purposes.

Knowledge and understanding of tax regulations Keen analytical ability to read and interpret financial and technical data Ability to turn in accurate and complete work even under pressure What You Will Need: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any 4-year business course Professional: At least 2 years’ experience in billing and collection; experience in power industry, an advantage Leadership: At least 1 year’s leadership experience CPA, highly preferred but not required Our Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future At Aboitiz.
