GROUND CREW LEADER GROUNDS CREW LEADER Grounds Crew Leader – Parks & Recreation Turn Your Skills Into Something the Whole Community Can Enjoy! The City of Waynesboro Parks & Recreation is looking for a Grounds Crew Leader in our Grounds Maintenance Division to help keep our parks, trails, athletic fields, and recreation facilities looking their best.

We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working with their hands Takes pride in quality workmanship Experienced in routine grounds maintenance tasks that include mowing, weed eating, mulching, pruning, snow removal and general landscaping. Is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors in all seasons Works well as part of a team and is always willing to lend a hand Takes pride in making a positive impact on the community every day Every day is different—from maintaining parks and athletic fields to improving parks where families gather and memories are made.
